Inside Sales Representative


Job Introduction

Uolo is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing startup company that is attempting to revolutionizing education, by connecting schools and parents. We are looking for highly motivated and self driven individuals.


  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Handle regular business process improvements and updates
  • Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective clientinformation
  • Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers


  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Two or more years experience in product management or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Any degree in any field
  • Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi is must
  • Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
